Checklist – The Steps Towards Registration

Registration form

Please use the online registration or send us a completed registration form by letter, by e-mail or by fax, or come along to our office in person.

If you need a year’s visa, please bear in mind that the processing of your documents at one of the German foreign missions abroad may take up to three months.

Payment (2022)

Pay the fee(s) for the booked course(s). If paying for several consecutive courses in a lump, you will receive a discount.

If you need a year’s visa, you have to pay for a minimum of five intensive courses (€ 2.200 Euro).

The course fees do not include books and examination fees. The placement test and additional teaching materials are included.

You can choose one of the following modes of payment:

• Bank transfer
• Cash

When paying, please check if you filled in all the necessary data. In case course participant and paying person are not identical, please do not forget to clearly state the participant’s name.

Accommodation

If you need accommodation, please write us and we will send you the required information.

Insurance

If you want insurance cover, please write us and we will send you the required information.

As soon as we receive your payment for the courses, we will send you a confirmation, including all documents and information you might need for your visa application.

Please bear in mind that your registration is legally binding only after we received your payment.
