telc German C1 university exams in Bielefeld

Since the beginning of 2016, the telc C1 Hochschule exam has been recommended by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs for recognition as equivalent to the TestDaF and DSH exams. This means that this exam is accepted by almost all universities and universities of applied sciences in Germany.

As with the other telc examinations, the C1 Hochschule examination determines the language level in German as a foreign language in four skills (reading comprehension, listening comprehension, written expression, oral expression), whereby at least 60% of the total number of points must be achieved in both the written and oral examination. If a part of the examination (oral or written) is not passed, it can be repeated exactly one year later, and the part passed can be credited for that time.

bibis offers a preparation course for every exam date. You will get to know the exam format and practise techniques for solving the tasks. The necessary knowledge of grammar and vocabulary is assumed. You should therefore have successfully completed at least approx. 1000 hours of lessons or attended courses at C1 level before registering. You will receive the results of this test after approx. 4-6 weeks.

Times:

The written exam is on Tuesdays from 09:30 to approx. 13:30, the oral exam on Wednesdays from 13:00. You will be informed separately of the times for other examination days.

Have you recently passed a partial test?
You can have the written or oral part you have passed credited one year from the date of the examination.
You pay € 50 less for a partial exam compared to the whole exam. It doesn’t matter which examination center sent you the result sheet with the positive partial result. Simply send us a photo, scan or copy with your registration form.
